• 1. LABOR ONLY CONTRACT, Maintenance Agreement Black/White or Color MFP Desktops / Laser Printers
  
  Includes NO labor charges for repairs/cleaning on black/white or Color MFP desktop devices and Laser Printers.
  No limits on copy/prints made through out the year. 
  All toner supplies & parts when needed are required to be purchase from Office Imaging Systems.
  Service contract does not cover drums, fusers, press roller cleaning blades, exterior panels, covers, tray, cassettes,  supplies.
  It does not cover mis-used or abuse by a frustrated operator.
  Machine is required to be inspected and brought up to adequate working condition prior to placing under service contract.
  One year term minimum require; LABOR ONLY CONTRACT, more than adequate for older models or high page count machines.
  Price of $29.99 per month includes 3 machines in the same contract, first and last months payment is required.

  Limits no more than 1 machines per service contract. 
  No limits set on copy/prints.
  All toner supplies & parts when needed are required to be purchased from Office Imaging Systems.
  Excludes drums, fusers, press roller cleaning blades, exterior panels, covers, tray, cassettes, etc.
  It does not cover mis-used or abuse by a frustrated operator.
  Machine is required to be inspected and brought up to adequate working condition prior to placing under service contract.
  One year term minimum require; LABOR ONLY CONTRACT.
  Pricing $49.99/Month first and last months payment is required.
  

• 1b. GOLD SERVICE CONTRACT, Maintenance Agreement For Black/White MFP or Color MFP
  
  Includes labor, parts and supplies when needed.
  Includes 2,000 black and white copy/prints base limit per month for B/W, if limit is exceeded a .02/page overage will be charged at the end of the billing cycle.
  Includes 500 color copy/prints base limit per month for Color if applicable, if limit is exceeded a .08/page overage will be charged at the end of the billing cycle per page.
  It does not cover paper, exterior parts, such as cassettes, trays, covers, side/front operation panels broken by a frustrated operator.
  Machine is required to be inspected and brought up to adequate working condition prior to placing under service contract if applicable.
  Base cost $65 plus tax billed monthly

• 2a. EXCLUSIVE SHARP B/W MACHINES Service & Supplies Maintenance Agreement
  
  Includes labor, 2 toners and parts for up to 65,000 copies/prints NTL (No Time Limit) for only $875 plus tax.
  Exclusive deal for Sharp ARM, MX & MX-M B/W MFP ONLY.
  Machine is required to be inspected and brought up to adequate working condition prior to placing under service contract.
  No Time Limit Service Contract, full payment is require to activate service agreement.
  
  
• 2b. EXCLUSIVE CANON IMAGE CLASS SERIES, B/W or Color MFP'S
  
  You are bound by your own limits of copies/prints. Includes free cleanings/service.
  OEM toner is require to fulfill contract, we will offer 10-15% below MSRP on Canon Image Class supplies
  All toner supplies and parts, when needed are required to be purchased from Office Imaging Systems to validate contract.
  Machine is required to be inspected and brought up to adequate working condition prior to placing under service contract.
  Pricing $25/Month, frst and last month payment require, a one year minimum term require
  
  Note:
  All maintenance agreement requires set machine to be in good working condition prior to placing under service contract or brought to manufacturers recommended working conditions.
