The following information listed below is for pricing for diagnostics/repairs, lease/rentals of copier, fax machines, laser printers, MFP, plotters, scanner and other office equipment.

SERVICE REPAIR HOURLY RATES ONSITE IN SALT LAKE COUNTY

  1. Digital B/W copiers/MFP  -------------------------------------------  $107 / Hourly + Parts If Needed
  2. Digital color copiers/MFP -------------------------------------------  $107 / Hourly + Parts If Needed
  3. Fax Machines                   ------------------------------------------- $89 / Hourly + Parts If Needed
  4. Laser Printers                   ------------------------------------------- $89 / Hourly + Parts If Needed
  5. Multi-Function Desktop     -------------------------------------------  $89 / Hourly + Parts If Needed
  6. Paper Shredder                -------------------------------------------  $99 / Hourly + Parts If Needed
  7. Plotters                             ------------------------------------------- $129 / Hourly + Parts If Needed
  8. Scanner Repair                 -------------------------------------------  $99 / Hourly + Parts If Needed
  9. Emergency after business hours fee $50.00 plus normal rate
  10. Inshop drop-off time for machines 9AM -10AM / 5PM - 6PM or call for a weekend drop-off.
  11. Diagnostics onsite charges $69 Local area rate (Salt Lake County), fee is applicable to repair service
  12. Diagnostics charges will be applied towards repairs once request work is approved

IN-SHOP FEES FOR INKS, JETLASER PRINTERS, Desktop MFP

  1. Diagnostics    ___________________________  $30 Bench Fee, applicable towards repairs
  2. Labor             ___________________________  $69 Hourly Rate

SERVICE REPAIR HOURLY RATES OUTSIDE SALT LAKE COUNTY

  1. Diagnostics Onsite        ________________________     $75 In All Counties Outside Salt Lake County
  2. Diagnostics Onsite        ________________________     $75 Davis County, and All Counties Outside Salt Lake County
  3. Diagnostics Onsite        ________________________     $75 Tooele County and All Counties Outside Salt Lake County
  4. Diagnostics Onsite        ________________________     $75 Summit County and All Counties Outside Salt Lake County
  5. Hourly Rates                 ________________________     $125 hourly + Parts If Needed, Diagnostic fees will be deducted from hourly rate if work is approved 
  6. Consultation Fees         ________________________     $FREE. Over the phone for the entire state of Utah
  7. Diagnostics charges will be applied towards repairs once request work is approved
