COPIER MFP & LASER PRINTER RENTALS

1. Stand-alone Black and White MFP 35 cpm/ppm speed and above, fees are $160 per day. Thereafter a .02 cents per page copy/print. A minimum of a three day rental term require. Delivery, network installation and machine removal fees $275 COD upon delivery. Also our services include toner and technical support as needed in Salt Lake County and surrounding counties.
   
   
2. Stand-alone Color MFP 35ppm speed and above, fees are $210 per day, thereafter a .02 per click B&W copy/print and .08 per click COLOR copy/print, minimum of a three day rental term require. Delivery, network installation and machine removal fees $275 COD upon delivery. Also our services include toner and technical support as needed in Salt Lake County and surrounding counties.
   
   
3. Desktop models black/white Laser Printers/Multi-function machines fees are $99 per day, thereafter a .02 per copy/print per copy/print, minimum of a three day rental term is require. Delivery, network installation and machine removal fees $275 COD upon delivery. Service provided includes toner and technical support as needed in Salt Lake County and surrounding counties.
   
   
4. Desktop models color Laser Printers/Multi-function machines fees are $140 per day, thereafter a .02 per click copy/print B&W and .08 per click COLOR, minimum of three days rental terms require. Delivery, network installation and machine removal fees $275 upon delivery. Service provided includes toner and technical support as needed in Salt Lake County.
   
   
5. Paper is not included on long term rentals over a month period, If needed we would facilitate paper supply at $7.00 per ream yield 500 sheets, 10 reams per case, 5,000 sheets per case of paper.
    
6. Additional charges may be added if misused or abuse is determined at the end of rental services.
       
   
7. OFFICE IMAGING SYSTEMS, will determine and make sure that all rental equipment is working to manufacture specifications before presenting to end user or client. Our goal is to achive 100% satisfaction.
